# No e-mail after sending form second time

Hi everybody,  
In our Campaign an customer has to fill out an form first. After that step he will recieve an e-mail. If he fills out the form a second time he doesn’t recieved an e-mail.  
What we have to do so that the customer gets the email one more time after fills out the form?
