Can you check that the file `/var/www/html/asset/21:escapelogologo-300pxpng1` exists on your server? Please also describe what ESP you use to send emails. Can you send a test email? ---

There are also some issues reported if there is some special character in the email DSN. As discussed in the [Slack thread](https://mautic.slack.com/archives/C02GEN0SG/p1725545506924439) this issue may be caused by the worker not running. Try running `bin/console messenger:consume email` and see what the output is. ---
