**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 3.3.3
My PHP version is: 7.3.26
My Database type and version is: MySQL 8.0

**Your problem**
My problem is:
When sending emails, the recipient sees a placeholder image rather that what was inserted into the email, and sometimes the emails go into their spam folder.

These errors are showing in the log:
As far as I can tell no error log record was created

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
I noticed that the cache was not writable, and could not attribute the correct security to the folder, so I updated mautic to the current 3.3.3 version and was able to attribute the correct security. Finally, I set up LetsEncrypt, and sent a last email to myself, but it has no images and was delivered to my spam folder.

In my opinion this should be an option of the email channel item, if images should be included (as base64 encoded) or referred (link to image-data as Mautic-URL). The latter one is a way to safe space but also know if a user has watched at it.
