# No leads in campain

I have an issue that leads cannot be added to campains:
I can import leads to the system.
but i can't insert them into the campain.
In the campain builder i have chose the list that i created with 100 test leads,
but in the campain its empy.
From further examination I see that only manual operations work.
I can manually add an lead to a list and to a campaign, but the smart lists do not work and as a result the campaigns have no leads.
Unfortunately I cannot add hundreds of leads manually.
Also,
I run the 4 crontabs on the system by 3 min interval.
still not working.
Last ,
I have reinstalled the system to the last version around
2 days from now.
