# No Mails being sent through campaigns

Hello,  
  
  
  
I created a lead, a list, an email and a campaign.  
  
There are two actions, one adds a tag to the lead, the other one should send an email.

The tag is being added to the leads - but no email is being sent.  
  
  
  
I can send a test mail in the mail configuration. And all connections in/out are successfull.  
  
What could be the problem?

1. Any errors in the server logs and the Mautic logs (in the app/logs folder)?
2. Do you use the immediate or the queue sends?
