# No URL click tracking

My Mautic version is: 2.16.0
My PHP version is: PHP Version 7.1.33
**Your problem**
My problem is: in Segment emails URLs like [http://tiny.cc/6ftury](http://tiny.cc/6ftury) are not being tracked.
These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: read the forum, but no answer found on how am I supposed to troubleshoot this.
Any suggestion or help on how to make a trackable link would be highly appreciated.
