# Not able to customise text int GrapesJS

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.0.1  
My PHP version is: 7.4  
My Database type and version is: MySQL

**Your problem**  
I am trying to create a very simple text email using GrapesJS HTML builder. Seems like all my customisations don’t go with the email test as shown in the image attached.

What I am missing?

Hello @tiagomatosweb,

There have been several new versions of Mautic since your post.  
Can you update Mautic, clear the cache and create a new email and tell us if you still have a problem like this?

If so, can you please copy/paste the HTML code generated by Mautic?
