**Your software** My Mautic version is: 4.4.4 My PHP version is: 7.4 **Your problem** My problem is: We are able to sent emails but not able to get email Read count in Emails Stats. Can you help me with this, please? For referance, I have attahed an image with this post. These errors are showing in the log: No Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Checked the crons running on server. Crons excuted successfully. Hi, can you plz look in your sent email’s source if you have a tracking pixel appearing? It looks like this (without decoding printed quatable): ```auto 3D"" ``` ---

Sure, Send a segment email to yourself, not a test email. Open the email in your mailbox and view source. Thank You Joek, I am not able receive mails to test this via sengment. But I am able to receive test email. This happens after Mautic 4.4.4 upgrade. Is am i missing something in cronjob ? Receiving below error after running cron file manually: Expected response code 250 but got code “554”, with message "554 Message rej ected: Email address is not verified. Hello, you need to verify your email address at Amazon SES. You have 0 read emails, because noone actually recieved it. All emails failed.
