# Not Sending Emails

Hello, I have a problem in sending emails in my campaigns. I have doubled checked all the settings, configures in cron jobs, and integrating my email provider to elastic email but when I send test in any email it does work or it loads forever. I can’t figure out what the problem is? Can you guys help me for this. I think all my settings, entries are correct and I even reinstall mautic in my webhosting.

it doesn’t work in sending emails. I published all my campaigns and test 1 email to my personal email but nothing is happening.
