Just posting this here so I can access it later. Maybe someone else wants this too. It’s the old API documentation. No idea why it got taken down.

Hi there,

You can check it all in the repo here: [developer-documentation/source/includes at main · mautic/developer-documentation · GitHub](https://github.com/mautic/developer-documentation/tree/main/source/includes) as well.

It was taken offline because there was much confusion between this and our updated docs at [https://devdocs.mautic.org](https://devdocs.mautic.org) and much of the content in the old legacy docs was quite out of date, incorrect, or completely irrelevant. In the age of AI people were getting completely wrong information served to them, so the decision was made to take it offline. We’re in the process of creating pages in the new docs with the outdated info and a large CTA explaining that it’s outdated information and inviting people to help with updating it.

We are seeking developers to help us with reviewing the outdated content and migrating the outstanding sections to the new docs, anyone who would like to help with that should reach out to @adiatiayu who can help you get onboarded! We have lots of great docs on how to help with this kind of contribution now, [Contributing to Mautic — Mautic Community Handbook 0.1 documentation](https://mau.tc/contribute).

Thanks for posting the link! I was looking everywhere for this and didn’t know what the old URL was to find it on the wayback machine.

No problem. We’ve since updated every page on the new docs with a prominent admonition updating people on the situation and where to find the old docs / how to contribute by updating the content. Hope this helps everyone (and thanks @adiatiayu for doing a huge amount of work on this!)

Thanks for sharing this. Creating the missing public/ directory and rerunning bin/console asset:install seems to resolve the missing bundles/ issue. Moving the generated bundles directory to the document root also confirms this may be related to the install path or document root configuration in Mautic 7.
