only part of my email list was import now its says manuel how do I start it again. I have search google and the forum I don’t see an resolves.

Run the mautic:import cron job  
Copy past in ssh if you know how so you can see the output.

HI, I looked for the var/ in my providencesilverco/mautic/ directory but can not find it? I found a var/log/ in another public\_html directory but the las t record was 2018. I never used SSH . Any suggestion how to find these I am on hostgatore hosting?

set a higher limit in your php.ini file.

What version of mautic are you using?  
What version of php?  
what version of mysql or mariadb are you using?

@silavapi can this be moved to support?

Ok I what should I set that for hostgator says 60 seconds  
PHP is 7.0  
Mautic is 2.16.1  
msql 5.6.41-84.1  
I guess it can be move to support I thought I was in support?

If you arent familiar with SSH there is going to be a learning curve and gaps in being able to run mautic. I’m not affiliated with them but [https://mtcextendee.com/marketplace/cron-tester/](https://mtcextendee.com/marketplace/cron-tester/) may be worthwhile
