Hi guys, I just starting to using Mautic. Everything seen to be working fine. I created some test email with link and image and send them to 3 of my test email. ![uacA260.png](http://i.imgur.com/uacA260.png) I did try to open it and click on the link but Mautic dashboard were not getting track. ![Frymz2U.png](http://i.imgur.com/Frymz2U.png) Am I missing something? Thanks for your reply, I did make sure that my test email auto load the image, and the link is already replaced. ![](http://i.imgur.com/QguCxtT.png) I currently using Ubuntu 14.04 with NGINX (1.8.0): PHP (5.6.10-1): PHP version or NGINX is the problem? Thanks ---

Were you logged into Mautic in the same browser session when you clicked the link? Mautic will ignore traffic of a logged in users to prevent skewing stats. I’m not sure if the same affects email opens if doing so from a webmail client and thus browser. Might try testing both from a private browser session. Also, check the that the tracking pixel is embedded in the email and looks ok. ---

I try a difference browser and yes tracking is works fine. Thanks a lot. ---
