# Page hits before contact create

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 2.15.3  
My PHP version is: 7.2.27

**Your problem**  
My problem is: In some contact profiles I see a lot of page hits before event “contact created”

These errors are showing in the log: Nope in Mautic.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I don’t know what I should do with this case.
