# Page URL: Unknown - tracking.gif?

Hi,
I installed Mautic on a sub domain of the URL I like to test Mautic on, [http://growthleaps.com](http://growthleaps.com).
At first it seems to work. When visiting the website, the dashboard shows a visitor.
But when opening the history of a specific lead, Mautic is not able to show the page url - and shows result shown below:
Time on page: Unknown
Referrer: Unknown
Page URL: Unknown
What to do? I am starting to love Mautic, it would be great when I could fix this. Thanks!
