# Pages & forms not loading after clearing cache

Help!! I just cleared the cache to try to resolve another problem, now I can no longer load my landing pages or forms.  
  
  
  
So luckily I backed up my cach folder contents, reuploaded them and now they work.  
  
  
  
Does this mean I can no longer clear the cache?

Check the file system permissions. Mautic probably didn’t have permission to build the cache files again.

Thanks escopecz,

I just checked in the Mautic System Info, under Folder & Files Permissions and this is what I see. So all seems writable.

I just tried it again and it worked this time!

PS I am still stuck however on the “Captcha question custom error message not showing” (see separate post).
