# Paid position: Mautic developer for API & plugins

Hi all,

I started **Ormine** , a Netherlands-based **marketing automation SaaS** built on **Mautic 5.4.x** , using **Webmecanic** as our Mautic environment. Hosting, core maintenance, and performance optimization are handled by Webmecanik, not by us.

Due to strong growth, we are looking for an **all-round Mautic developer**.

**What we’re looking for**

- Solid experience with **Mautic 5.x**
- Experience building **custom Mautic plugins**
- Strong experience working with **APIs** (our plugins mainly fetch and push data to external systems)
- Able to work independently and take ownership

**Context**  
We start with **project-based collaboration** to get to know each other. The clear intention is to grow into a **long-term partnership** if the collaboration works well for both sides. Ormine operates in a focused niche market and invests heavily in custom functionality and plugin development.

**Important**

- Freelancers only (no agencies)
- Strong interest in product development and scalable solutions

That is a nice approach having Webmecanik handle the infrastructure while you focus on building out the product side of things.

I have been working with Mautic for a while now, including custom plugin development and API integrations for syncing data with external platforms. Pretty familiar with the architecture and how to build things that do not break when you scale.
