# Parser rips out 'email' or replaces emails in Unsubscribe

Using v 1.2.1 we have seen the following:  
  
  
  
Inserting the word ‘email’ in the subject line causes the word to be deleted.  
  
  
  
Inserting the following unsubscribe\_text in the Configuration “Want to unsubscribe your email or change your email preferences” results in “Want to unsubscribe your \<recipient’s email address\> or change your \<recipient’s email address\> preferences”  
  
  
  
Is this a bug?

Seems to be. Not sure if it was fixed in 1.2.2 though. You should probably upgrade, test it and if the issue still persist, report it to [https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues)
