# Partially imported CSV file

I have MAUTIC and tried to import a CSV file and 978 records are imported very good but the rest are not.  
  
Then I tried to import only the records that were not imported and It says Success! 2 created,89 merged, 0 ignored.  
  
I view the Contacts and do not appear the ones I tried to import.  
  
I used Open Office to create the CSV file  
  
Please advise what I am doing wrong.

Do you use your own Mautic installation? Then there is no limit. For [Mautic.com](http://Mautic.com) free accounts I think there is some limit of contacts.

I mapped the fields from file to Mautic fields  
The first row of the CSV file contains the name of the field

I looked for special characters and find nothing.  
I imported in 100 batches

Is there a limit in the number of contacts?

Did you map the fields from file to Mautic fields?  
Did special characters look fine?  
Did you import in batches?
