# Patch release, scheduled?

Just checking in on when the next patch release is expected, 4.0.1.

Have a few installations to make and I prefer to wait for the first patch to be released if it’s close by.

FYI,  
I am aware that it was planned for 27th of September but that is unlikely now. So just wanna get a heads up on a new more likely date.
