Hi everyone.

First feature request here. I’d love to see Mautic implement a campaign action to “PAUSE” contacts in a particular campaign. This way, the contact would stay at the same spot they are in a campaign until they are either removed from it OR unpaused.

Purpose? I like to have one long segmentation campaign, where every few days I send contacts emails that gets them to “raise their hand”. And based on which content they interact with, I’d like to send them to other sub-campaigns. I can do that NOW. Problem is, I can’t bring them back to the original segmentation campaign without them starting from the beginning.

Hence, pausing and unpausing a campaign would be extremely helpful. This would help prevent contacts getting too many emails, and also, receive emails that are only relevant to their interest.
