My problem is:

Hello Mautic geniuses!

I don’t have version information because I haven’t installed Mautic yet. I have a feature question that I wanted to ask first.

Using Mautic, is it possible to set up an autoresponder sequence that behaves like this:

- User gets first email in the sequence. There’s a “continue” button in the email that they must click to continue the sequence. (The link goes to some confirmation page, but the destination is irrelevant to the sequence.)

- If they click the link, the next email in the sequence will be sent to them seven days after clicking.

- If they DON’T click the link, it will continue to wait on pause indefinitely until they do, then send the next email seven days after the click.

- And so on, with the sequence pausing on each email until there’s a click, then sending the next mail seven days after the click.

Is that possible in Mautic?

Thank you! 🙂

These errors are showing in the log:

Hi,

Yes this is possible inside the campaign builder using the decision Clicked Mailer which would be put after Send Email.
