# Perform Cron Jobs Automatically

I’ve created a campaign which sends an SMS at a specific time to any contact that gets added to a segment. However, the SMS doesn’t send once the current time matches the scheduled time in the campaign, and will only work if the command “console mautic:campaigns:trigger” is executed through the command line.
Is there a way where a cron job(s) can be automatically executed, instead of manually executing them just to trigger campaign events?
