# "Please Wait... Config Error" + My Fix

Seems to be a common thing - in my case it was easily seen in the apache error log - mod security rule ID Rule 340007 - Generic Path Recursion denied
Your id number might not be the same but disabling this rule for mautic did the trick
Now of I could only get the submit button on the form to do the same…
