# Point Triggers not working

Hello!
I have setup a “Point Trigger” to do 2 things after a contact reach more than 500 points:
1 - Apply red color to contact.
2 - Send contact to vTiger integration.
BUT it is not working.
My Point Triggers is not working.
Regarding my crontab setup it is working fine, I applied the recomendation from documentation.
Please how can I solve it?

Hello!

Very new installation.
Everything working fine except this detail.
Do you have it working well in your installation?

In our experiencie they are not working for new user for first time. We noticed this same problem when we were working on the new custom webhook for our client.

Thanks for your answer.
I have researched a lot regarding this and I could not fine anything.
I am not sure if it is necessary an extra conjob or a campaing setuped in order to have it running.
So, I am lost.

+1 Same here… I’m running Mautic v2.9.2
Do I have to re-create the triggers? They are not changing the color of the contacts.
