Hi, my problem: - points are added to leads just fine for the first visit on a specific URL - but the returning ones don’t get any points I’ve tried setting the following actions, none of which worked: - returns within 1 hour - returns after 1 minute - returns within 1 hour, page hits 1 - returns after 1 minute, page hits 1 - returns within 1 hour, page hits 2 - returns after 1 minute, page hits 2 The rest of the options are exactly as in the action which worked (for the first visit on a specific page). Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be really appreciated. Have a good one. ---

Creating a new Point Action for when: When a Lead: “Visits a specific URL” Page Hits: “2” The first time the lead visits the URL the point are gained. However, when they visit more than once, additional points are not gained for some reason. ---

Is this from a campaign form or a standalone one?? I think campaign forms do not do that. Only standalone forms do it. Edit: I mean standalone forms allow multiple times submit ---

Was a solution ever found to this? I need to register every hit on every page (etc) on the site I’m working on instead of just the first, or just when they reach X total hits.
