Hi there,

I’m running Mautic locally for testing. I’ve had great success with creating landing pages, integrating forms with WordPress etc.

**Issue** : points are not increasing for “Actions”.

Under ‘Manage Actions’ I’ve set the action to increase points by 10 when a user visits a specific page ([http://example.com/pricing/](http://example.com/pricing/))

I haven’t filled out any other options.

Pricing does have tracking pixel installed and Element Inspector confirms it is rendered properly.

I’m testing using two browsers Mautic Admin = Chrome, [Example.com](http://Example.com) = Safari Private Browser (aware Mautic doesn’t track the admin who is logged in)

Any ideas why this would be? This occurs for both anonymous and identified leads

Many thanks!

The pricing page has the Mautic tracking pixel loaded correctly, right?

It does.

When I click on the lead (either anonymous, or known) the “recent history” shows they have visited “Pricing”.

However, the Points/Manage Actions/Pricing trigger which I’ve created, has no affect.

Chceck if the lead didn’t get the point increment for visiting Pricing page in the past. The point increment will be triggered only for the first time. There is issue on GitHub about it:

If you are sure your setting is correct and the points didn’t get increased, it’s probably a bug. Even though the Author of above issue says it works for the first time. Please, create an issue on GH about it with steps to recreate.

escopecz,

How should the manage actions functionality work (under points)? When looking at the screens and filling it in, it gives you the feeling that it (for example) gives a point for every email opened.

It says for me: “When a contact Opens an email” =\> Change Points +1. But it only gives a point for the first email opened, but person opened three emails.

Same counts for webpages. Only gives a point for the first page hit.

I like to know how this functionality should work before entering a bug.

It adds the point only once for every contact as you say. The bug/feature request is already at GitHub.
