**Your software** My Mautic version is: v4.2.2 My PHP version is: 7.4.10 My Database type and version is: pdo\_mysql/8.0.29-0ubuntu0.20.04.3 **Your problem** My problem is: Hi everyone, We have recently noticed that the number of clicks of some recipients from our campaigns is very odd. We then started to investigate and identified that: 1. The links inside the email are clicked in seconds and with a higher number of clicks 2. I have added a bite link and it was also clicked 3. Many IPs that opened the links come from “Amazon Technologies Inc.” 4. In one of the contacts that had a high number of clicks, when we tried to send a single email to check if the email existed, it can back with the message: “The email address you entered couldn’t be found. Please check the recipient’s email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.” We believe that a bot/firewall might be affecting our campaigns but are not really sure how can we differentiate “bot clicks” from human clicks. Does anyone has experienced that and know how to resolve it? Many thanks, P ---
