# Preference Center 404 when linked from another Landing-Page

I hope that I am in the right place here.
I have a problem with a preference settings landingpage. With the {unsubscribe\_link} in the email this can be called without problems. But if I link the page on another landing page, there is a 404 error.
I would like to do the following:
The DOI confirmation email contains a link to a landing page. Access to this is used in a campaign to change the contact segment. On this DOI confirmation landing page I want to display a link to the Preference Center. No matter how I try to link it, I always get a 404 error.
In the email, the custom preference centre page is selected.
The landing page has been marked as a preference centre page.
The Preference Center is also selected in Configuration → Email.
I use the token {pagelink=3} as the link to the landing page.
I find it strange that the unsubscribe link in the email works without any problems. Am I possibly doing something wrong when linking from the landing page to the Preference Center page?
These errors are showing in the log: nothing in logs
