# Preference center not working!

**My software**  
My Mautic version is: 2.15.2  
My PHP version is: 7.2  
Self hosted version  
OS - ubuntu 18 x64

My problem is: When i click in email unsubscribe, i redirected to mautic wehere i see message “Record not found.”  
link like - [https://example.com/email/unsubscribe/5dd3b3f99e8fa](https://example.com/email/unsubscribe/5dd3b3f99e8fa)

These errors are showing in the log: Can’t find errors about that in nginx or php.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: i’m trying create own custom preference center but it’s not helping at all.

Are you clicking Unsubscribe from an example email you sent to yourself from the Email page?

If so, that’s the problem and you should send yourself a working copy of the email, not an example.

send segmnet email or email via campagin please , on test an example , token is not working.🙂
