# Preference Center Page

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.4.4  
My PHP version is: 7.4.30  
My Database type and version is: MySQL 5.7.39-42-log

**Your problem**  
My problem is: When you have the new builder you cant drag any of the Preference Center building slots, you have to go back to the old builder

These errors are showing in the log: N/A

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Revert back to the old builder
