# Preview email pop up display error - site offline message

Hi,
When I created form that basically sends an email and place contact into specific segment, then tried to preview the email in “Preview Email” action that is in dialog box for “Send email to contact” (when in Editing mode), the pop-up window returned with error message that says the site is offline (??) with description as following:
The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.
I would appreciate if there is resolution to this problem.
