# Problem Segments

Hi

I have installed mautic in my hosting from cpanel and everything has gone right

I created the cronjobs  
and imported several contacts from a csv and all good

but I make a segment with contacts values and it does not show any contact of this segment  
I added a contact manually and neither does the segment

if I perform a search in contacts if I appreciate those that filter

What can this be?  
Could it be for some job?
