Hello, Maybe you have already solved this issue but posting here for others who may encounter it. I upgraded mautic recently and had exactly the same issue when trying to go from v2.16.5 to v3.2.4, via command line. PHP 7.3.31-1 Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.3.31-MariaDB What it worked for me was manually creating the index in mautic database i.e `CREATE INDEX IF NOT EXISTS mautic\_tweet\_text\_index ON mautic\_tweets (text); '. Then when I tried the upgrade, it finished successfully. Cheers Aulona
