# Problem with dependencies when installing a plugin

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.3.3  
My PHP version is: 7.3.28  
My Database type and version is: 4.9.7

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Always that i try to clear cache in my Mautic before install one plugin i receive this error:
