# Problem with permissions (PermissionNotFoundException)

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 3.2.5  
My PHP version is: 7.4.15

**Your problem**  
My problem is: I’m trying to create a role to add notes to my leads.  
The log seems to point at mautic itself.

These errors are showing in the log: Uncaught PHP Exception Mautic\CoreBundle\Security\Exception\PermissionNotFoundException: “Berechtigung nicht gefunden. ‘lead:leads:newown’ wurde eingegben.”

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
I gave the role full permissions on contacts, etc. but it is still not working.

Someone have an idea other than giving the role full system access?
