# Problems loading mautic onto xampp

My Mautic version is:4.4  
My PHP version is:8.0.30  
My Database type and version is:maria

**Your problem**  
My problem is: cannot load mautic anywhere!!!  
i get a ‘Forbidden’ error 403 from xampp and the same when I tried to load it via softaculus on nameserver hosting.  
been trying for two days but still cannot get it to load up

any help would be appreciated
