# Problems setting up Maxmind

It seems like there’s an issue with the license key.

Since 3.2 you need to use the format `AccountID:Licensekey` - the docs are [here](https://docs.mautic.org/en/setup/maxmind-license).

Can you double check the config?

Yes - this was all my fault - I didn’t see the bit about entering it as `AccountID:Licensekey` - all set now.
