# Problems with bounced emails

Very slowly i am getting closer… Now I got some problems with bounced email. Testing my own email adres got bounced (wrong setting in amazon, tha is solved).  
  
  
  
I have 2 problems with the bounced emails:

1. I made a segment for bounced emails, but the bounced email adres is not showing up there. (filter “Bounced emails equals yes”). Other segments are working correct.  
2. The “Email bounced” label shows up in the contact, but i can’t re-anble the contact. If I delete the tag it will show up the next time i open the contact

Hello,

I get the same error, when I try to add or remove the “do not contact” label manually:

Problem 1 is fixed with this solution:

Problem 2 is still open.
