# Problems with Dem. It doesn't detect a visit (among others)

Hello,

I’m testing the demo. However, I’m having difficulties. I think we have a problem in the preconfiguration:

Can the demonstration track data from our main domain?  
Are the contacts loaded manually? We understand that contacts that we can not map should appear as unknown IP addresses, right?
