# Problems with Double Opt-in Campagn - not working for every submit

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 5.1.1  
My PHP version is: 8.26.1  
My Database type and version is: 10.11.9-MariaDB-0+deb12u1

**Your problem**  
My problem is: Some emails are not sent. I have an opt-in form on a website and for some contacts submitting the form, the campaign stops at the point where the confirmation page is hit. This results in not changing the contact is not confirmed, thus not receiving further emails. He remains in the pending opt-in state/segment.

These errors are showing in the log:  
There are no errors.  
Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Nothing

The thing is, that it does not occur every time. 99% of the subscribers succeed.  
This is quite annoying because I’m loosing contacts!
