# Problems with email tracking pixel

My Mautic version is:4.4.6  
My PHP version is:8.0  
My Database type and version is:10.5.18-MariaDB

My problem is:  
The tracking pixel in emails does not load and does not record the opening of the email.  
But if I load the url of the pixel in a separate tab, it registers the opening.  
After opening the email, an email is scheduled to be sent, but it is never sent, unless the tracking pixel gif is opened in a new tab.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
Change email tester, try in different scenarios (Browsers, receiving accounts, allow all traffic, try different installations for example an ec2 instance and from a cpanel) and always the same problem.
