The opportunity is:  
Our system began with a test but it’s becoming bigger and bigger…  
I need to secure the DB.  
I managed to install Mautic on an Hetzner VPS following tutorials but I don’t know how to backup our DB/ configuration files / system.  
I know Linux, but I don’t want to try this on prod, so I need a professional help to set an automation to do it.  
Explain how to do it and of course how to restore.

It is based in: France

Remote OK?: yes (english/german/ french spoken)
