# Random \<br\> Break tags in the email editor

The email editor INSISTS on placing

tags throughout the HTML. Sometimes 10 in a row. Am I doing something to cause this to happen?  
  
What can I do t stop it form happening?

The email editor INSISTS on placing `<br>` tags throughout the HTML. Sometimes 10 in a row. Am I doing something to cause this to happen?

What can I do t stop it form happening?
