# Remove DNC from contact if they submit a new form

My Mautic version is: 5.1.0  
My PHP version is: 8.1  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
When a contact has unsubsiribed in the past and then submits a form on our website through zoho CRM, the contact should update with allow email automatically.  
These errors are showing in the log:
