# Remove unsubscribed e-mail from lead list.

I’m looking for solution to autoremove e-mail from ‘lead list’ if unsubscribe link in e-mail was clicked?  
  
Is there any workflow for this?  
  
  
  
Mayby it’s possible to add to e-mail: {externallink={unsubscribe\_url}} and build campain with ‘modify lead’s list’ if ‘page visited’? If yes, how to add tracking pixel to /email/unsubscribe/… page

Hi I believe you are referring to Monitored Emails feature in 1.2.0 [https://github.com/mautic/mautic/releases](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/releases).

But the campaign option you mentioned should work as well. Mautic should be tracking the unsubscribe page automatically. No need to add the tracking pixel in it. You can catch that page URL by “Visits a page” decision and adding that URL in the URL field.
