# Report bugs

What is the best way to report bugs?  
  
  
  
For example:  
  
Whe you add a {leadfield=firstname} in email builder (with drag and drop) you include in the mail don’t work property (in the mail sended don’t substitute by the name it show {leadfield=firstname} )
