# Reports Mail are not receiving

Preamble: I don’t want to judge anyone and anything, but I think with your “problem descriprion” and the sentence “please find a solution for me” you won’t motivate anyone to help you.

Please provide more details, e.g.:

- Do other emails (direct or campaign) get sent out?
- Have you checked your spam folder?
- What does the log say?
- Are your cron jobs setup correctly?
