# Request time out error only for a specific user

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 2.16  
My PHP version is: 7.2

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
When i log in with a specific user to Mautic, I immediately get a ‘request timeout error’ on the page  
However when I login with a different user, everything works as it should.  
I had created most of the campaigns and segments with this user. Could it be that there is a timeout for that user simply because many of the queries are associated with that user?

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:  
I have tried logging in under a different user and it works fine then.

Why skip posting logs when the answer is in the logs?  
Turn your limits way up in your php.ini file until it stops. restarting apache every time you increase limits.
