# Reset Password Error

Hi,  
  
  
  
I have reset my Mautic login password using the forgot your password funtion on the login screen.  
  
  
  
Everytime I enter either my username or email is times out with the message, Gateway Timeout.  
  
  
  
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.  
  
  
  
What is my work around this?

Hi,
