# Salesforce integration dead after update to v4

**Your software**  
_My PHP version is_ : 7.4.26  
_My MariaDB version is_ (delete as applicable): 10.5.12

_These errors are showing_ :

```auto
php /var/www/html/bin/console mautic:integration:fetchleads -i Salesforce
Command to fetch contacts from integration
Fetch contacts command is starting

**Your problem**  
_My problem is_ :  
After updating to v4 the Salesforce integration stopped working (cf. example command above)  
The frontend just shows an empty popup when opening the Salesforce plugin.

Fixed it by resetting the plugin (using the mysql monitor):

```auto
update plugin_integration_settings set is_published=0 where name='salesforce';
update plugin_integration_settings set api_keys="a:0:{}" where name='salesforce';

```

The plugin showed up again and I had to recreate credentials in Salesforce.

This is a temporary solution, this fixed the problem one day and next day the problem returned
